Our customer service managers will be with you from the moment you book until you return home.  On our tours, usually from 8 paying guests upwards, one of our Chinese/English-speaking coordinators will travel with you to ensure you have a seamless experience on site so you can focus on what matters: living your passion for cycling!

Our small group tours (normal group size on the road is usually between 8 and 20) ride together, enjoy coffee breaks together and celebrate with a beer at the end of the ride together. The people you meet on Sportive Breaks trips will become friends before you reach your first summit.

We take enormous pride in our team of guides & mechanics who work tirelessly to make sure your trip is the best cycling holiday you have ever been on. We work with ex pro cyclists, expert mechanics and great local guides.  Our routes are meticulously curated by our expert tour managers to take in bucket list climbs, secret local routes and the right level of difficulty for you.

You can spread your payments.  Our payment plan is an interest-free payment method where you will have the opportunity to spread payment for your booking.  Usually we take a deposit to secure your space, and then request balance payment by a date closer to the tour.  Payment can be made by WeChat, Alipay or Bank Transfer.

Yes, you can.  Everybody is welcome to join us, just be mindful that English and Chinese will be the most used languages on our tours.

Since each guest has different needs and travel plans, we do not provide visa or flight ticket services, although we’d be happy to introduce you to trusted partners.  We do provide Bike Rental locally for most of our tours, details and rates of which can be found in the programme description.
