Thursday 24 April 2025: Travel to Mallorca
Please make your own arrangements to Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). Make your own way to your hotel today. Alternatively, book one of our airport transfers. You can add this as you make your way through our booking process. Please allow an hour from your flight landing time to your transfer time, to allow you to get through passport control and collect your luggage. The transfer takes approximately 1 hour.
If you need a transfer for a group larger than 4 people, then please contact us directly to discuss options.
What about my bike?
You can bring your own bike as we have made arrangements to transport bike boxes on our airport transfers. Our mechanic will be available this afternoon at the hotel to assist you with building your own bike after travel.
Bikes can be safely stored in the hotel rooms.
This afternoon and early evening, our tour leaders and bike mechanics are available for you.
You can collect your bib from the EXPO Mallorca 312. Last year this was located at Avenida s’Albufera just a short walk away from our hotel’s . Traditionally the Expo is open between 09:00 to 21:00 on Thursday and Friday.
Friday 25 April 2025: Preparation Day
After breakfast and any final bike adjustments, we will take you on a supported, guided ride. A short coffee spin has been organised to keep your legs moving, but nothing too strenuous the day before the sportive.
Registration & Expo
The bib collection will be from the expo, just a short walk distance from our hotels. Our staff will be available on hand in case assistance is needed.
This afternoon and early evening, our tour leaders and bike mechanics are available for you.
Race Briefing
This evening our bike guides will do a race briefing to run through Mallorca 312 race day logistics and of course the route. We will have an evening meal together at the hotel.
Saturday 26 April 2025: The Mallorca 312
Today is the day! We have an early start this morning. Early breakfasts are arranged in the hotel restaurants.
Getting to the start
It’s just a short rollout from each of our hotels to the start line. Please make your own way to the start this morning, based on your own start time. Our staff will be on hand this morning if you have any last-minute mechanical issues, or if you need directions to the start line.
The pens are open from 06:00, ready for a 07:00 start. Participants are expected to complete the race any time between 13:00 (for those on the shorter route) and 21:00. We’ll meet you for post-ride beers at the hotels from 17.00.
We will have an evening meal together at the hotel this evening, where you can share tales of your exploits.

Our guides will run a short cool down ride in the morning to spin the legs after yesterday’s big day out.
Monday 28 April 2025: Departure
If you have booked airport transfers, then you will be allocated a transfer that departs your hotel at least 3 hours before your flight time, to allow sufficient time to get to the airport and check in.
