Day One - Arrival Day
Travel to the hotel
Please make your own arrangements to arrive at our hotel today. Our team will be available to meet you at the hotel. If you plan to fly then we offer airport transfers for you and your luggage, from the advertised airport. The journey to our first hotel depends on the hotel location and can be found in the detailed itinerary available with each stage.
Airport Transfer
If you plan to fly then we offer airport transfers for you and your luggage, from Milan Malpensa Airport or Milan Linate Airport. Please note that we are transferring to Nice after the race, it is recommended to get a flight back from Nice Airport. Airport transfers are available at extra cost and are on request by contacting our team via cn.sales@sportivebreaks.com
Our hotel
We are staying at a conveniently located hotel that is close to the start of tomorrow’s stage. Your stay will be for 2 nights and will be on a half-board basis, with breakfast and evening meals included. Depending on your chosen stage you will either stay in the same hotel for both nights or you may stay in a different hotel after the stage. In this case we will transport your luggage with you during tomorrow’s VIP experience.
Lunch
On arrival at the hotel, you will have time to check in, freshen up and enjoy a light lunch with us.
Cycling Experience
The Cycling Experience is an afternoon programme where cycling is done in groups under the guidance of a former professional in the vicinity of your hotel. Ride on a former team bike and discover what professional level cycling feels like*.
Given the location, experience on a racing bike and cycling in hilly environments is necessary. Participants are requested to make a good assessment of their participation and to contact us if they have any questions – cn.sales@sportivebreaks.com
Conditions:

· Participant is in good condition to participate in the Cycling Experience
· Participant has cycling experience
· Wearing a helmet is mandatory
· Participant ensures correct cycling clothing, cycling shoes, and gloves
· Bicycles are provided by Team Visma | Lease a Bike
For those who do not wish to participate in the Cycling Experience, you have free time while this takes place.
This afternoon and early evening, our tour host is available for you at the hotel. During the evening meal we will provide a briefing on your exciting experience ahead.

Day Two - Race Day
After breakfast at the hotel your race day experience starts. You will spend the day as a guest of the team in an official TVL minibus equipped with route map and interior TV screens so we can watch the race live during the day.
On our way to the stage start we will visit the hotel where the team are staying. Here one of the team directors will give you the inside track on the team’s race tactics for the day. After this we make our way to the start location where we will visit the team bus and meet the riders as they prepare for the day ahead. There may even be time for a stroopwafel and a coffee. We will then visit the Start Village and the team paddock before setting off for the day.
You will spend the day with us in an official black and yellow TVL minibus equipped with food, drinks and interior TV screens so we can watch the stage live during the day*. You will drive on the course of the stage on closed roads and be a proper part of the support team. You will experience the race at various locations.
During the day we will be handing out musettes, wheels and water bottles during the race. We will also stop for a lunch break.
We head to the finish area to catch the finale of the race**. Hopefully we can join in with the team celebrations. After the race comes to a close we will travel to Nice and check in to our hotel.

**Please note that the race finish may not always be seen live due to how the race has developed and road closures.
Age Limit: No children under 12 years old. For children between 12 and 16, please be aware that the experience is a long, all day experience with a lot of travelling. Please make sure they are aware of this before booking.
Day Three - Departure
After breakfast, please check out, we will be staying within walking distance of Nice Airport. Should you require a transfer to another airport, this is available at an additional cost and can be requested by contacting Sportive Breaks – cn.sales@sportivebreaks.com
